To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 we practice and require staff/clients to:

  • Stay at home if unwell. Reschedule appointments.

  • Maintain physical distance of at least 2 meters between people. Minimize contact during drop-off/pick-up of your dog by alerting us of your arrival, remaining in your vehicle and distantly opening/closing the door. Ensure personal items (i.e. collars, leash, harnesses) will be sent home.

  • Wear a face mask.

  • Clean and disinfect regularly, particularly high-traffic areas and contact surfaces (e.g. doors, doorknobs, countertops, payment devices, leads/leashes, workstations, and washrooms). Thoroughly disinfect grooming tools, equipment, and workstations between appointments.

  • Wash & sanitize hands properly, frequently, and especially in between clients/appointments. Use hand sanitizers and wipes that are available in high traffic areas (e.g. entrances, reception, washrooms). Also bring personal sanitizers with you or in your vehicle.

  • Limit the number of bookings/reservations to allow more time for cleaning/disinfecting in between clients, as well as deep cleaning.
